Washington 6 Nov (20). Donald J. Trump is back. Hate him or love him but we got four years more with the same narcissistic copy of Mussolini. Not Hitler, but Mussolini. Trump has managed to polarize everyone. On the policy side Trump is as shallow as the old guard.
Trump brings back the babes of pretty in heels and tight dresses. But that’s all. Now a disclaimer. Harris and Biden are to blame for the Democratic defeat. So were Pelosi, Schumer, and Schiff but Harris and Biden topped it. And who wants a family crushing social climber who stepped over bodies to get to the top in the office holding the button.
Now Donald Trump is hardly a better choice. However, the first administration turn coats are not to be underestimated. The administration, the army leadership and the political elites turned against him. But the undertone is freighting. Allegations of racist tones, has little impact but it should not be ignored. “Trump cannot be trusted” is a horrible statement made by Geraldo Rivera is telling. It reflects many of the elites’ fears.
The Democrats are as disconnected as always. They are full of fear, so much fear they had to invent legal charges trying to bankrupt Trump and sue him into submission and weaponize the legal system to shut Trump up. The Russian investigations, and his refusal to concede is alienating the American elites but that’s Trump.
Pompous, and the division he has sewn is evident. However, the bullet gracing his ear softened the rhetoric. But fact remains the trash talking of Trump and the rubbish of CNN gets everyone tired.
The question of what is coming next for NATO, the European Union, and the allies in Asia concerns everyone. For Trump the legal troubles will over. But not everything is rosy despite Pennsylvania is flipping towards Trump. But Trump won even without the endorsement of the influential unions.
Michael Moore, always critical of Trump warned of the angry voters which was disregarded by the upper class of the Democrats. He said, “Watch for 2024 being the biggest f…k you giving handed to the Democrats”. It is the power of the voter who has the power to determine the outcome and the Democrats missing the mile.
Again, Donald Trump put punters on the head. Woman voters and veterans, young guys drove the message home. Trump it is. Like him or hate him, but he is the president of the United States.
